I can tell anyone who reads this review, this so-called company is a scam and fraudsters. They shipped the damaged, wrong wallet after waiting 4 months, even after providing pictures, they only offered $3 for a refund, despite paying $35 based on a well-done Facebook ad. It's all a lie, and I know for a fact, this ad is now running but with a different company name. It's a cheap poorly constructed POS. Beware and Avoid!!

Ordered the usual wallet, never appeared. Theirs written responses read like an AI reply. No chance of getting item or money back

This company is a fraudulent company. When the order was placed i immediately tried to cancel it, they emailed me told me that it was not possible because it was already shipped then it proceeded to take more than a month to receive. The wallet itself is ugly, bulky and nothing as advertised. When I again tried to return it they said it was not possible.

I ordered a metal wallet from Detersine on Dec 26, 2025. It is now March 9, 2026 and I have still not received it. They sent reports on the shipping of the item several times throughout January and into February but then all communication stopped.

I wrote an email to customer service and they replied to wait a week and if I hadn't received an update from the shipper, contact them again, which I did. I also asked for a refund. The new reply gave excuses why shipping can be late, bad whether, difficult locations etc. and said it was on its way. Right! Customer service provides ZERO SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I could leave 0 stars this company is a piece of shit 3 months and no wallet received there customer care department is AI MY PACKAGE SAID DELIVERED NOTHING IN THE MAILBOX first they send me wrong tracking number then give me the right number later stay far away from them this company is fraud and should an will be held liable

I have currently waited over 3 months for my wallet. I have contacted them on multiple occasions. Tracking shows the package as NOT FOUND. Their support department simply sends more Wait and See form letters.
Don't waste your money on this disreputable company.

The wallet is pathetic and broke after just 3 days. Even more pathetic is that I had to wait 2 months to receive it. The push mechanism is a flimsy thin little piece of plastic. I want my money back ASAP!
Note: I managed to reach someone and you cant get your money back. In order to get it, you have to send back your broken wallet to them. Shipping costs exceed the value of the wallet so they offered me 4$. I told them to send me another wallet and they agreed. This company is based out of China of course and they don't argue that the wallet is a piece of garbage. They have no idea about quality, customer service or anything good. It's China. They pay their workers 5$ a day What can we expect

Don’t even want to give this one star, but have no option ordered a wallet from this company on the 25th of December 25. It is now the 3rd of January 26. Still not received my item. Keep getting fobbed off by the company on emails have asked for a refund also opened a fraud case against this company with PayPal. Not happy please don’t order from this company they’re scammers.

How do I even give them 1 star?? I ordered a wallet in December, it said it arrived in Canada but went to a different carrier. I emailed them to get the new tracking number and they tell me "sorry there was something wrong with the tracking service. Here's your actual tracking number. It was in China and only shipped 3 days ago. Like what?

DO NOT BUY!! I don't think this is a legit business. Took my payment 4 weeks ago and no delivery. Shippers response has been "in transit" for 26 days. I've already filed a fraud claim with my CC company. If I could give -5 stars, I would.

If there was a negative star id hit it. I paid $14.99 for fast shipping on December 19th. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive it. Kept tracking was in Ireland. Then low and behold they gave me a tracking and it was coming from China😡

I placed my order and it showed $52.49. But I am being charged $65.61. I cannot get through to the company. So now what can I do?

I ordered an item on 01/08/2025 but didn't get it until 02/03/2025. When it finally arrived, it was broken. Since I purchased the shipping insurance, I emailed them asking for a full refund of $20.62. They replied, offering me a free replacement. However, I didn't want to wait another month so I declined and again asked for a full refund. They then replied offering me if I would accept a $2 USD refund. TWO DOLLARS! So insulting. I advised no, reminded me that I paid for the shipping insurance and insisted on a full refund. Today I received an email stating...

Kindly note that you will be subject to the shipping expenses in returning the order to us.

But, if later you feel that the shipping charge is too high, and not worth it, compensation can still be made.

They want me to return the item to CHINA and pay for the shipping to do so. What in the world was the point of paying for shipping insurance?

My strong advice to others would be to NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY... unless you'd be ok with possibly receiving damaged goods and get no restitution from them.

Received my order after a two-week wait; patience required. Design impresses with creativity, though quality feels slightly underwhelming. Packaging might benefit from sturdier materials to ensure better protection during transit. Price seemed a touch steep, though potential improvements could enhance overall value and satisfaction.

After three weeks, I received a package with the wrong item. I contacted Detersine and after several emails sending photos they asked for of the wrong item and shipping envelope, they said they were sorry I was not satisfied and they were offering a $2 compensation. I paid $16 for the item.
