Damaged planter lining

The lining of one of my planters was cracked. I wrote to the company. The reply was in German but I was able to translate it. Now I have to take a picture then send it as an attachment to an email. That's a little bit more technical than I'm used to doing but I will. This just takes more time than I expected. I think that there should have been some kind of wrapping around the planters that were shipped as protection. The planters were just in a box without any wrapping. I do not want this comment public because it is just a damaged item and not a negative product-only shipping needs to be improved.

Good product

The item we ordered was as expected and arrived in good condition. We are pleased with it. The delivery company was not my favorite, though.
