Worthless insurance with the worst customer service
Absolutely crap insurance. I purchased the insurance to make sure I was covered on some unfinished work on my newly renovated apartment. Well, it turned out I was never covered at all and had wasted my money! But it took about 6 months of (my) pain and frustration for them to finally read my emails. Calling didn't help. I was verbally abused and ridiculed. My complaints were ignored. The only plus point is the hotline direct to a lawyer. But note, the service uses a number of different firms and expect to get a similar number of different opinions.
