Never been so mistreated by a company in my life

I have had a lot of orders from devacurl, I used to like the products. I quickly realised how bad the customer service was but you see, I never really thought that in the end they would stoop so low. I have been blocked on twitter. I have never said anything abusive towards them, just try to get my money back or the products I'm promised. They don't accept my calls, answer my emails and now blocking me from twitter so I can't contact them - but they've taken my money. Last time we spoke to the supervisor and a girl, who assured us 1. I'd get a refund for one order as it was returned to customs and could not get delivered, 2. that i'll get an email confirming this and 3. that the supervisor himself would contact me to tell me WHERE THE HAIRDRYER HE WAS SHIPPING OUT WOULD BE DELIVERED as we waited weeks to receive it. I had a tricky situation as I live in the UK and would often order to my friends in the states so I could pick it up. I'd ordered the devadryer and used it first fresh from the box in Canada and it was showing faults, but still took it home. I wasn't supposed to use it in the UK which I'll admit was my fault, but I did email them telling them I had issues with it before I used it in the UK so therefore it was sent faulty. EVENTUALLY after chasing them, and lots of devacurl ignoring me the supervisor Jacob decided to have another one sent out to a friend in Canada. It never arrived and the confirmation email both of them said they'd send me so I'd have proof of the chat was never sent. Now to see they've done this so I can't communicate I'm really just shocked. On the 5th Jan they refunded me and I sent a DM asking them to reply to me because I haven't had any of the communication they had PROMISED me (which happens a lot with devacurl), and saying I will take it further they block me? What you can expect from devacurl: some good products, awful customer service and bad management haha. The customer care agents even tell you things, and then later when you call back to confirm what they've said to another agent or even the supervisor they tell you sorry but they can't follow through on it. hahah it's honestly been a joke. There are other companies that I know will value their customers. Look at the facebook messages of complaints, how they respond. just lol.
