The interface is inconvenient

The interface is inconvenient, slow, and visually outdated. Navigation is unintuitive, and the layout wastes a lot of space, making it difficult to work efficiently.

Right now, I can’t even access the console properly - it asks me to update my account information, but when I try to save the changes, I get an “unknown error.” It tells me to contact support, but in order to do that, I have to fill out an excessive amount of information just to submit a ticket.

At the moment, I’m completely stuck - I can’t proceed, and I can’t get help. The experience is frustrating. I hope Huawei improves both the user experience and platform reliability.
