Developing Homes.
The one day Summit was exactly what I needed to do to get a clear understand of taking the leap to get off the tools and get into development.
Andy gave a clear understanding during the day and invited us to take his 3 day course to gain a better understanding of all the pitfalls and potential gains.
If you get the opportunity to go to any of his events, don’t hesitate and roll your sleeves up.

I enjoyed the one day session with Andy. I had attended earlier in the year and this was a good recap. I feel I have understood more.
There were 100 people in attendance and for me, far too many. I prefer smaller groups so that you have an opportunity to network with people.
The food throughout the day is of a very high standard, thanks to the Marriott Hotel.The location was only a 45 minute drive, another plus.
Andy’s strategy sounds achievable, I would like to run any potential deals with Andy for his opinion. Also, would Andy consider financing any deals and we pay him back!

We (my husband & I) attended the property developers summit day and really gave us the boost we needed

I can highly recommend The Property Developers Blueprint. The knowledge gained from this online course has been very valuable. I shall be using this to my advantage going forward in my property development journey.
