This company is brilliant. Everyone is very friendly and reassuring. The work they did was excellent and the collection and return option is a boon.
I had a small glitch after the work was done which was sorted immediately. I would certainly recommend them.

From the first phone call to job done, the device doctors were cheerful, helpful and understanding. They sorted out all my online problems and gave sound advice. It was great that they were able to collect and return my computer straight to the door and left me feeling confident for the future. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Went to great trouble to work on my router and was generous enough to deliver it to my local home. Some days later went to further lengths by telephone to try to configure it to connect to my broadband in Denmark.
I found DDs some years ago when they were operating from home. Great to see they have expanded and now have work premises in Chichester. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and there for you with out fuss and very prompt help as well. Willing to come out and see if they can fix your problems and very pleasant and friendly young staff as well as also was the man fielding phone calls.
Found the remote help very helpful as well and quickly solved my problems.
Its great that they can source and sell you new equipment as well, very pleased with my new printer and it was set up for me so no worries there as well.
Thought the pricing was very fair and completive all in all thoroughly recommend them, I was influenced to call them by all the good reviews I read myself.

I was particularly impressed with the communication from Device Doctors prior to the appointment; the updates on the time of arrival, and the communication after the visit. The person who came was polite and helpful.

It was great to have my problem sorted out at home. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me. Being a silver surfer I am not very good on some aspects of IT but enjoy using my iPad. He also sorted some things on my phone. Will definitely use this company again.

Not only was my laptop battery replaced and dust removed from the fan, but I only had to be without it for half an hour, and he came when he said he would.

Contacted them on Thursday about my sons broken screen appointment was made for next day the technician was at my house before 10am and replaced the screen outside my house in he’s fully equipped van . Was a brilliant service from start to finish I can’t recommend Device Doctors highly enough. End result one happy boy when he got home from school many thanks to Tom and the team , kind regards . Repair and new battery requirement for Apple ipad 4.
A home visit suited my schedules, since I work from home, this is a major plus. From the initial contact, I received exemplary service. polite, professional and efficient. regular, clear communication received at all times. Visit conducted at the scheduled time, by Brandon, who explained exactly what was required and all work carried out as expected. Its refreshing to deal with people who clearly care, knowledgible and are enthusiastic in what they do. First rate !

The service from Brandon, Graham and Tom was first class. Our son broke his laptop display and following a couple of back and forth emails Device Doctors were booked to visit us at home. We paid a deposit online to secure the appointment. The night before the visit we recieved a text giving us a 2-hour window, and Brandon called us as he was leaving his visit, before us, so we knew to expect him. Brandon collected the laptop and disappeared into this van, 20 minutes later we have a good as new laptop that works prefectly again. We paid the balance electronically then and there. Can't thank Device Doctors enough for their friendly, convenient and high qualitiy service. We highly recommend Device Doctors and will certainly contact them first if we need any more IT support.

The company sent Tom to the house to sort out my laptop/internet problems and got me back on line. He was unconcerned by my presence and told me what he did to help resolve the issues. He was also happy to respond to my questions and I found that the company will also help to provide new equipment tailored if need be to my requirements. Excellent service.

Device doctors came to my house the next day at exactly the time they said they would with a call just before to let me know they were in time.

My first experience with Device Doctors - I needed help setting up a new Windows 11 laptop and sorting an email problem. Tom arrived when he said he would, couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Problem took some time to sort out but he was knowledgeable and determined and all sorted in the end! I would definitely recommend them.
