A power issue with my PC was quickly diagnosed at home despite my original thoughts as to the problem. A spare PSU was installed in place of the defective, all cabling being carefully laid and secured.
The whole effort took about an hour and left me delighted. Thank you Device Doctors. 5 Stars.

A local business with a professional service - not just an account number. Great communication thoughout repair to phone. Have already recommended to friends and family. Will certainly use for future IT repairs or upgrades.

Being no great technical expert I had an issue with my photo files syncing with a newly purchased iPhone. I had an online consultation with Graham who resolved the issue for me in a very timely manner and he could not have been more polite and friendly. Would have no hesitation in seeking or recommending assistance from this company in the future.

Such a good firm, laptop stopped working and the team diagnosed the problem quickly and kept me informed all the way through. Whilst the laptop was terminal they then extracted the hard drives and installed them in my new PC. Great small team of experts and I wish them all the best in their new location.

The service I received from Graham was outstanding. Very open on pricing and what work would be required before it took place. He could not be more supportive in terms of helping me understand the issue with my laptop and getting it back in full working order.

I had excellent service from these guys recently when my iMac refused to start. Frankly I thought it was completely broken but they were able to get it up and running again very swiftly. It is actually better than it was before it went in for repair. They were very polite, efficient and swift and I was happy with the cost of the repair as it saved everything I had on my computer and meant I didn’t have to buy another one.

Technician arrived at the time stated and was efficient and friendly. Ensured that I understood what he was doing to correct the problem. When primary fault corrected I was asked if there was anything else needing attention to complete the full time booked

Excellent service at a great price

Device doctors take a callout fee in advance and secure a mutually convenient appointment in your own home. Give them as much information as you can so they can attempt a repair onsite. I was very lucky and had mine repaired onsite. Follow-up call came two days later to check everything was working well, and it was.
Friendly, polite and very efficient, they did not try to blind me with science and I am a very happy customer

This is the 2nd time they've rescued a laptop, quick & efficient, such a relief to have data recovered and loaded on to a new laptop ready to go where I left off.

Very good service from start to finish , came to my home to fox a completely broken iPhone screen , was done and dusted in 20 minutes , polite guy who made sure I had all the info before he left should the phone stop working or something, the booking process was the easiest thing I've ever booked usually people want to know your whole life and get you to sign up for allsorts , this was not like thst .

Amazing service from start to finish. Really friendly, rang back quickly to arrange an appointment, really good value and communication was amazing. When they arrived to fit a new battery they were so friendly, it was done very quickly and done at your property so no need to have the hassle of sending phone off or finding a shop to do it. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a broken screen on my MacBook and sent an online request on Friday evening. Had a phone call from Dan on Saturday who gave me a budget cost which was followed up by a phone call from Tom on Tuesday. The price was agreed, which I have to say was very very reasonable and the repair was booked in. I was told it may take a couple of days for the repair to be carried out however had a call a Weds to say it was all done. I was massively impressed with how everything was dealt with, the communication was top notch and the speed of the service was brilliant.

Fantastic job, phone looks like new again. Kept informed of what was happening from booking appointment to finished job. Love that they come to you and you don’t have to wander the streets waiting for your phone back. Friendly, professional staff who obviously know their job. What more could you ask for!
