I made a mistake with my order and contacted customer service. I owner reached out and corrected my mistake. I received my shadows and they are spectacular. I've gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be purchasing more.
The customer service is just terrible, if you have the luxury of getting an answer it will be very condescending. Don't order if you don't live in the States, they basically committed fraud in both my orders by only claiming 15 dollars at customs (my first order was 50$ and the second one was 75$), I thought it was just a mistake at first but then it happened again. By doing this I didn't have to pay import taxes but, at least in my country, the customer is considered partially responsible for this type of fraud and could be fined, I have to thank the laziness of customs checks. This happened a couple of yeas ago so I don't know if they're still doing this. It sucks beacuse the quality of the products is just amazing, but I will never order from them again.
I emailed customer service twice about an accidental order made with my card. Its been two weeks and never got a response. Not thrilled about that even if they can't help I expect a reply.
Devinah Cosmetics has outstanding customer service. They reply to emails in a timely manner. I am usually messaging for general / product info, not to report a problem. Out of countless orders, I have only ever had one small issue and they corrected it promptly. They have very unique shades, reasonable prices, and their items are pre made and ready to ship at the time of purchase. You will never wait weeks or months to receive an order like with some other indie brands.
