Bought Genesis carbon forks, £50 less than anywhere else. Good communications and delivered by TNT, two working days after ordering. Parcel left exactly where I asked them to leave it whilst I was not at home. Would use Soanes cycles again.

Ordered a bike late one evening, by the following morning it had been dispatched, it arrived a day or so later packaged really well. The bike was the best price I had found and I am really pleased with the service I received.

A personable and helpful bike shop, delivered my beautiful Canondale Synapse Tiagra on time, partly prepared. Minor issue with the chain but no doubt due to transit issues. The only downside to ordering online. Might be wiser to deliver bike directly to bike shop of choice so they can fit and tighten all the parts to a professional standard.
Soanes helped me set the bike up by video call when I had a 'technical issue.':)

I bought a Genesis bike from Soanes over a year ago, for a very competitive price, and recently had a problem with the rear mud guard breaking. Despite the fact that the bike was just out of warrantee Soanes still progressed a request for a replacement part for me and continued to chase until the matter was resolved. In the on line world we now find ourselves in a company that still prides themselves on a personal and "above and beyond" service is very rare! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend!! If I had an option of more than five stars I would have selected it!!
