Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - unfortunately the parcel was delivered to a « safe place » but we didn’t realise and thought it was lost. Nicci was so very helpful and the parcel was exactly where the courier had hidden it. Nicci was on the button with finding out what happened and I’m so grateful. Really lovely quality products, I wholeheartedly recommend!

The perfect gift experience
Absolutely brilliant experience ordering online from this fabulous shop! Nicci Simpson went out of her way to help me when the order form was not accepting my information. Not only did she solve the problem; she packaged the goods most beautifully and sent me a photograph. She then posted the goods first class at no extra charge. I was so grateful and the recipients were delighted with the gift.
