Apparently this is the same company as Devon farm foods.
I can't believe they're still sending me promotional emails ( automated, I know, but even so...) they know I am not happy with them so it is just ludicrous.
They should not promise refunds if they have no intention of refunding then make lots of excuses over three weeks why it hasn't been done. I refused to speak to them in the end because every time I did, they just gave me another nonsensical gobbledygook answer as to why they've still can't find out why the refund hasn't gone through.
Was just wasting my time.
First order was great, I was very impressed and the meals are good.
But they are extremely badly organised and their calls handler's aren't trained and don't hide the fact that they're disinterested and can't be bothered.
And their communication skills are also EXTREMELY poor.
So it's a lot of stress trying to place an order and get it delivered, then when something goes wrong, there is a big ' to do' to put it right, which never happens.
They could have still chosen to issue the refund as they promised, but haven't as they never actually do what they say.
Extremely poor.
