Don’t think I’ve ever experienced such quick shipping and delivery! Received my order less than 24 hours after placing it, so pleasantly surprised! The products are lovely and the packaging is super cute too.

Promised a refund of my £63 order of if I returned it. I did and I’m now being ignored.
Do not recommend as they all smell similar the products that is due to packaging.

Have been ordering from Devon Wick for a couple of years now never had an issue. Placed my usual order which came to around 40 pounds a week ago and heard nothing. Sent an email chasing it up and received a reply saying we are out of stock of one of the items you ordered so we have cancelled your entire order. No offer of sending a different fragrance just cancelled. If I hadn’t emailed would they even of bothered to tell me? Won’t be ordering from them again disgusting way to treat customers.

Ordered over 10 days ago, wrong order got delivered. Spoke to customer services who sent my order out again, which I’m waiting for, but has left out an original scent that I’d ordered. Won’t be ordering again

Had high hopes for the reed diffusers, based on the reviews, but was left disappointed. Delivery was quick and the packaging was lovely. However, none of them smelt like the scent descriptions and I’ve had to throw them all out as they don’t smell nice.

Fast delivery and the melts are excellent. I have been trying to find melts that smell nice with a long lasting smell for so many years and I think I have found them. Only two scents tried out of my three but I’m so pleased with them. Will be reordering definitely.

I ordered the 8 for 20 of carpet freshener and mystery 10 pack of snap bars from here. My parcel got delivered to the wrong house the first time and so when i emailed the company they were so helpful and reassuring and were so kind to send out another one. That one ended up getting returned to sender and i had to contact them once more, again Angel was so kind and so helpful and so quick with responding each time. I couldn’t be more thankful, when it finally came i was so excited and had to open it all! I loved every single one and using every excuse to use them! Thanks so much!
