Avoid buying from them.

I ordered two leather jackets from Devouted. One of them was way smaller than standard Indian sizes (honestly felt like Chinese sizing). The quality was just average, nothing special.
I requested a return for the small jacket. They called and convinced me to do an exchange instead. I agreed but clearly told them I had less than a week in India. They promised delivery within that time, which never happened.
Then the refund drama started. It took about 1.5 months and countless messages.
I specifically asked them to send the refund to a different bank account because my old one was dormant. They ignored that and sent it to the dormant account anyway. When I said I hadn’t received anything, they were rude in chat and accused me of lying and already taking the refund. I even sent proof from the bank showing the account was dormant and no refund had arrived.
Only after all that did they finally send the refund to the correct account.
Overall, the process was stressful and the person handling it was unprofessional. For the price they charge, the quality isn’t impressive either. You can easily find better options elsewhere.

Absolutely love my jacket from Devoted Wear! The quality is outstanding—premium fabric, excellent stitching, and a perfect fit. It looks stylish while still being super comfortable and warm. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the design and craftsmanship. I’ve received so many compliments already. Delivery took complete 15 days time. On inquiry, the company provided me the reason that it was being tailored/ prepared .However , when I received my order, it is July 2025 manufactured coat.

It is a long coat. Poor quality. Buttons , buckles , stiching all sub standard. Buckle is shorter than belt , it does not properly fit. It is certainly not upto mark and I am returning it. Already raised a return request.Buy leather jackets on M&S if you want to.

Let's address the elephant in the room. The AI generated photos aren't doing this brand any favours. Do they make great jackets? Or are they just hoping AI generated photos will help market their sub par brand.

Hoping it's the first. I understand as a entrepreneur that you have to look out for costs of photoshoots and models. However it's probably best to let the experience of owning one be the only review you're going to get. Will be purchasing my first one this year and it just feels like a shot in the dark rather than an investment that one of my offsprings or someone from my bloodline will wear someday to remember me by.

This jacket upgrades every outfit. The leather feels incredibly high-end.

My account was hacked by devoted. I have been charged almost 40 dollars. I have never ordered from devoted. I am disabled n only get a small check each month. I cannot afford to have money taken from my acct for nothing. Do not use devoted. Period. They are a very dishonest company!!!
