These guys are just scammers using bots to give you views. Their claims that it is genuine etc. are all lies avoid them. I really regret my decision to use them.

I specifically requested gradual views and didnt see much activity on my video. When I contacted the support team they said my order hadnt gone through despite it being a week since the order had been placed.
I specifically stated I did not want the views just piling on over night. What happened - the views piled on overnight which shows they are all bots that devumi uses.
I tried contacting support several times but there was never any answer. Just that someone will be in touch.

This company does NOT honor its 1-year retention guarantee. When I had noticed 50 lost followers in one day I reached out. Because I had more followers on my account then the order amount I had placed, 6,000 followers, bought 500 from them they would not replace. Their reasoning, " You have more than 500 followers, so you haven't lost anything". Also, in my opinion, they sold my email to other Buyer companies as I used an email with them ONLY with them and got spam messages.

AVOID!!

They should deliver @mention. Did not deliver. That I showed them that on website and in my order subject is "@mention" with @ and mention is a technical term in Twitter - it have some meaning like hash tag has its own meaning. I had to open PayPal dispute, before it's too late and I loose my money. During the dispute they did push on me to close the dispute and then they will deliver. Why is it such a problem? Deliver and then I will close the dispute. Today they sent me mail that they won't deliver and it is closed for them. Therefore I have escalated to PayPal and they will refund me in 100%. So much wasted time just because of a simple @mention on Twitter. Also look at their comments on Youtube. A lot of other people complaining. Please do not trust reviews with 5 stars, do more research.

I purchased likes and retweets from Devumi then read the reviews on this page and thought "Oh dear im going to get scammed" so I emailed them asking when my order was going to be fulfilled.
They responded to my email in under an hour stating that it was being progressed.
Within another hour it had been fulfilled.
I could not have hoped for a better response and service and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Devumi used to be amazing with excellent customer care. That has changed. I've been waiting for six months for my order to be filled. Their support number just rings with no answer. I've email on top of emails with no response. The status of my order has been sitting at "on hold" since May of this year.

Stole $500 from me would not refund any of it

I was told "our technical support team is looking into this matter and we will contact you shortly" - that was nearly 1 month ago and every time I contact them they say the same lie.

I have not received any of the views I have purchased, and I have only a day to go! this seems to be just a scam... I had high hopes...

After I left the review, Devumi managers contacted me and solved all the problems. Thanks to them and to the trustpilot.com, where you can always leave an honest feedback.

Devumi delivered on their promises 10 fold. My Twitter and YouTube profiles are staggering with activity. My social presence has taken a step in the right direction. I’m very thankful to them for that guidance!

Devumi was very easy to work with. Everything was clearly explained on their site. Their customer support really provided a lot of guidance and insight of my campaign. I’ve been able to adapt to my niche much better and as a result my YouTube presence has improved. Devumi is the total package.

My previous review: I recently used Devumi for their LinkedIn Followers because their website states the following "Get High-Quality LinkedIn Company Followers" (taken from their website). They also had this guarantee (also pulled from their website) "A Money-Back and Satisfaction guarantee is provided to all clients for a period of 30 days. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your service, let us know we’ll do our best to correct the problem, or issue a full/partial refund. Refund request are processed in due diligence and due process."

Based on this, I went through and tried them for LinkedIn Company Followers and Sponsored mention (which went through Twitter, not LinkedIn, that wasn't made clear until after the order even though you get in on their LinkedIn service page).

So it turns out their "high quality" LinkedIn followers are simply inactive LinkedIn accounts, with full information not even populating in the analytics of your LinkedIn Company page. All of mine were from the Middle East, not the U.S. where my business operates. To me, that's a big red flag. It's also not high-quality - these are pre-established LinkedIn accounts where they just follow your company and that's that - these profiles will look spammy.

I reached out to their Customer Service Team, Four and Donna, and as soon as I said I wanted a refund, they denied me left and right. I have all my email engagements with them, please contact me if you'd like to see them. I highly suggest using Upwork or another freelance site if you're just looking for "likes" - not high quality followers. They are a fraction of the price and will deliver the same results as Devumi did.

I definitely feel like I got baited and switched and they didn't offer anything to make it right other than a discount code to use their service again (yeah right) and their sponsored content was also only getting traction from poor quality accounts.

Save your money and the headache and use someone else for this service.

Update as of November 3, 2017 - Jeff from Devumi recently reached out to me regarding my previous experience. I'm happy to say, he actually listened to me and understood my situation and why I was beyond frustrated. He looked into my email exchanges with the customer service reps mentioned and you know what? He made things right by me!

I'm so thrilled with his performance that I plan on using them again for some other areas now. I'm so happy Devumi is listening to their reviews and has brought Jeff into the picture to make sure their customer satisfaction is worth noting. Thank you, Jeff! Because of you my opinion about Deuvmi has drastically changed.

I reported since I did not get my targetted views. I got a reply Ivy who was really polite. Unfortunately, my problem was never resolved. When I sent multiple emails on the status of the situation, I was ignored completely. This is sad considering how much I have already spent.

It really messed up my stats.
