This is not what cryptocurrency is about.
There are more KYC and un necessary verifications than the regular banking institution. It also makes you utilize a 2fa verification process everyone you log in. I bought coins. Then couldn’t even send them due to the nature of the way they conduct business. As a season veteran, mark my worlds. Find an alternative, this thing won’t last long.

Delay in delivering on promises
For the most part it's good. However, I won a prize in crypto worth $10 about four days ago and claimed it but am yet to receive it. This is worrying. Act on that.

2- One person suppose recall me after 2 week.
Never somebody recall me but after 6 month
Somebody call me.
And the People know my password and tell me he had à money for me $55,000 for starting $250 + $50 more for équivalent US money he ask me.
I accept.
3 time somebody call me each 2 week,
Someone reduce the amount for withdraw because he ask me $5000 but each time then I had à call, the People can access at count and when he saw my count with à bit of money They closes the conversation.
