Beware! Non contactable for returns
Beware - returns process is very challenging! I ordered an item on the 27th May - Order Number: 21-9528-7408 It was dispatched speedily and received in good time. The item received is faulty as has multiple pulls (approx 10) all over the shirt. When I came to return it I am unable to return it through the standard returns process due to it being customised. I have used the chat box function for three days running and no one responds or it times out! Very frustrated!
I have emailed daily for the last few days. Auto reply received. They do not offer any guidance on return. The item I paid for is not what I received and DFB fan shop make it very difficult to contact anyone. Issue unresolved - very unhappy.

The process of buying and delivery of parcel was outstanding.
However the quality of the merch from DFB Fanshop is quite below my expectations which maybe biased.
Maybe I was wrong in assuming that a DFB Fanshop gear must be as good as the quality associated with DFB brand name. Very disappointed to say the least.

I did try to return items cause they were too small
The site took $18 return fees but never sent shipping label
I emailed twice , the only answer I got were instructions how to return items .
I don’t if someone will read this or not, but your service is lame , bad and should not be called German at all .
