Dissactisfactory purchase experience
Daggers not good quality in general.
Descriptions often exaggerated and not accurate. I bought 4 daggers from him and not satisfied at all. He described all 4 daggers as Exc+ grades or above but the reality is that 3 of the 4 daggers are not satisfying. Didn’t I have correct perception of your Exc+ grades? Or did you exaggerate the quality of your daggers? I can’t understand at all!
One dagger verified by famous dagger seller In USA as naval fireman dagger. However, when I bought it, I had been told that it was a 1st model naval dagger. Seriously, there exist a big price difference! He never answered me question of wrong description in this dagger! Is he professional in knowledge?
I tried to send back the bad dagger to him but unfortunately German post sent it back to me, I had no ways to return the bad daggers to him.
I bought from other German dealers too but my expectation were all met, apart from this dealer.
Have you ever seen a professional dealer writes an email to you in a rude way to ask for deletion of comments which reflects the facts? Yes he did, and I was told that he would revenge if i do not delete. However, im sorry, All I say above is fact, and I'm totally not happy with this seller.
Really a disappointing experience.
