Absolutely disgusting way of communicating with the claimant (myself).
Had an accident on the 9th of January, as a passenger, and the case is still not closed.
I signed the final documents in April, and since then, I emailed weekly asking for an update. It is now June, and after I emailed them 3 times this week, they finally replied with a vague email.
I understand I am not entitled to millions of pounds, maybe then they would try to sort it out quicker, but ignoring me for months on end, is despicable!
I even had one of the solicitors call me and try telling me off for "bothering" their assistant...which I thought was completely pathetic!

Everytime they finally decide to answer, they give you vague answers without providing actual information or dates.

I am too far down the rabbit hole now, but, I'll be damned if I will be using this company again, or recommend it to anyone!

I had a very positive experience with DGM solicitors. From the beginning till the end they were very clear, supportive always took time to explain in a way that was easy to understand.
Communication was excellent throughout the process.
They were very patient with me when I was preparing required documents.
Most impressive matter was their determination and attention to detail. They did work hard to achieve the positive result that I was entitled to.
Thanks to their persistence and expertise.
I am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a reliable and dedicated solicitors.
