Communication poor
Communication poor but products seem fine. Delivery was advised as 2/3 days via Royal Mail but the order hadn't been dispatched 3/4 days after ordering. I emailed to query, and was sent a dispatch email later that day. I then emailed again to clarify it but didn't receive a response to either email. Delivery was only 2/3 days but it took over a week to arrive due to delay in dispatch.
