I have been a repeat customer for years. I have multiple examples of the excellent customer service DGT provide, most recently their team fitted me in without an appointment, found 2 nails in my tyre and sorted both. They have fitted tyres I brought elsewhere and even stored them for me whilst I waited for them to be able to fit me in. Their prices are very reasonable and I have never been made to feel like I'm being overcharged or taken advantage of.

Jay did the research on the suitability of the wheels I was interested in, for my car & sent me a detailed email, requiring only the 'offset' I required. He did say the wheels would require the correct machining for the number & spacing of the wheels studs & offset, which would take a few days & then be dispatched, which they were & I received soon after. They arrived safe & sound, in perfect condition..

I telephoned DGT to tell them the wheels had arrived, Karen took the call & Jay phoned soon after, to check all was in order.

I could not have asked for better service or price & would like to thank them all once again!

First time I have used DGT Wheels & Tyres for a 4 Wheel Alignment, I was impressed by the professional approach also the fact that the check was free of charge and you only paid for any adjustments. There was no sales pressure at all to have any work carried out and if you choose to have the work carried out there is only a charge for each adjustment that is required.

Being a retired motor engineer in my opinion it is important to have the 4 wheel alignment checked either every couple of years or whenever you have tyres replaced. We have a BMW and the cost at DGT was a lot more competitive than a BMW dealer charges plus it was carried out while you wait and you don’t loose the car for a day.

BMW wheel alignment is called KDS (Kinematic Diagnosis System).

What an absolute pleasure!! Bit of pain but such is life.

Ordered some discounted wheels, needed them next day for a tyre appointment.

Speaking to Jamie, he arranged for these to be delivered next day! Brilliant!

Wheels arrived, upon inspection I found that one of them had a crack on the inner barrel 😔😔 I was so sad but got in touch with DGT again straight away. Speaking to a chap called Jay, this guy went absolutely above and beyond to try and help me..

As the wheels were discounted already and no replacements available, Jay bent over backwards to try and find me another set that had a similar style.

Having looked at least 10 other sets, I decided it would be best to just return the wheels and get a refund.

Spoke to Jay again, he arranged for the wheels to be picked up at no cost to me from my business address.

Once DGT received the wheels, my refund was processed within a few minutes.

No I didn't get the wheels I wnated but their customer service is absolutely spot on!!
From start to finish the process was so easy and reassuring, Jamie & Jay deserve a payrise.

Ordered 2 new rear tyres via black circles online. Opted to have DGT fit them. Wasn’t disappointed. Prior to work I made contact for some advice and was given some sound advice regarding changing from run flats to ordinary tyres. I arrived at garage to friendly staff and offered a drink. Comfortable place to wait whilst the fitter cracked on and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall a very positive experience.

Called regarding the fitment of a certain sized rim, they said the Sales Manager had gone home, but could I leave my details and he’ll get straight back to me. No call. Used Ash’s Wheels & Tyres and they were brilliant, you can contact them on 020 8597 001.

Good old fashioned service with very reasonable prices.
Shop is well stocked and staff very helpful.

Left me in the lurch with a punctured front tyre, as "too far to come out for one job". Didn't phone me to let me know, when I contacted them for a time they said they had cancelled the job with Asda tyres who contracted them. Asda tyres were also unaware they wouldn't be attending. Rubbish customer service.

Excellent service on more than one occasion from the 'guys' and 'girls at DGT. From tyres previously to now having my car tracked and aligned due to all the pot holes locally. I knew I was in capable hands yet again from the moment they took my keys to the moment they returned them, right outside the showroom door. Taking the time to show and explain what was being done to my car and why. With fresh coffee on tap and even a tablet on hand, loaded up with 'youtube' for the children to keep them amused(Nice touch!).

Went here 1/9/18 staff are friendly polite and very helpful, clean viewing area and very professional staff, kind staff offered refreshments throughout , knowledgeable staff, would definitely recommend this place, credit where credit is due, well done DGT!!

The staff at DGT wheels came to my rescue when I hit a pothole and shredded my tyre. Thanks to the Blacksmiths opposite who rang them before they opened.
The guys helped me move the car, even before they had opened the shop. They offered me a coffee and were quick to replace the tyre at a really reasonable rate. They were all very helpful, friendly and I was really grateful for their help.
