I placed an order for an air conditioner, hoping for a smooth and timely delivery process. However, things quickly turned frustrating. The company kept pushing the delivery date forward, each time offering a new excuse that didn’t quite add up. I tried to be patient, giving them multiple chances, but the promises never turned into action. After several days of waiting and hearing nothing but delays, I realized there was no real commitment on their end. Eventually, I had no option but to cancel the order altogether. Given the lack of reliability and transparency I experienced, I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company.

I placed an order for an air conditioner, but the delivery kept getting delayed with constant excuses. After several failed promises, I had no choice but to cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Illegal preach of contract

- Charged illegally 100 dirhams upon delivery although I paid for shipping already during ordering. (Their excuse was that they shipped from abudhabi. How’s that my business when you already charged us for delivery based on entered location?)
- They ignore us and hang up the phone when we tried to make warranty claim.
- Machine broke, they couldn’t fix so they brought it without fixing, claiming they checked it. It came in a very bad shape aesthetically too. We don’t even know if it is our machine based on the aesthetic look.
- they refused refunds or replace despite them not able to fix it. And despite the warranty (and no it’s not manufacturer warranty that they give. It’s their own and don’t believe if they say it’s the manufacturer. The receipt doesn’t state that).
- they lie to us on the phone straight as if they are downplaying clients intelligence. Making up laws that are illegal and not true in the UAE (such as we offer warranty not guarantee so if no fix then there is no change or refund that’s just it).

Run away and save your money!

I normally do not write reviews . But I feel obliged to warn everyone from dealing with this company. They are a complete fraud. They do not get back to you after they have taken your order and money . after calling them 100 times they promise to deliver but again disappoint you to tell you your product is unavailable and you have to find an alternative . Ridiculous .. I don’t think this is a legit company ..

I purchased an electric hob from the online store. They contracted me via WhatsApp to say that model was not available but they would replace it with a newer model. After two days and no delivery I had to contact them. The story this time was they would supply an inferior brand. I asked for a refund and was told they would refund within two days. Turns out that is also a lie as still no refund. I now have to raise a complaint with the credit card company to get a refund. Don't waste your time or money with this company. The only thing you can be sure about is they will lie to you.

Stole my money.
This company sells via Amazon AE, as third party. Ordered a portable air conditioner with them, via Amazon UAE. The delivery was very late, and then they delivered a wrong model. They take no responsibility. They tried to persuade me that the model was correct, then to convince me that it was the same specs, then they said the model I ordered was out of stock. I wanted to return it.. but it took almost 3 weeks of hassle and begging Amazon for help, before they sent their driver. They collected it on 22 september. Offline from Amazon, I was asked to remove my review of them, and take my refund. When I did not do so, they insisted. I have not done so, and they are withholding my refund, claiming now they never received the unit, and never picked anything up. It is called theft.
