Eeven though when you clear all your due, they still add some charges like subscription amount and tell you to clear worst financial platform ever.

This is the most worthless credit application first of all you have to pay a subscription fee to start using your credit limit and you can never use your entire credit limit at once for example i have 35,000rs limit i can only use upto 3500rs per day and if you decide to use your daily limit of 3500rs or any amount they will immediately ask you to pay 1/3rd that is first EMI as soon as you use the limit,you should pay that to use your remaining daily limit or else your account will be suspended until the payment.
I wanted to cancel my account completely i have paid my complete due but inorder to cancel they asked me to even pay the subscription fee which doesn't make any sense,why should i pay subscription fee to cancle? I don't think that's how subscriptions work.
You can aslo find some of the baddest and worst customer service representatives in the whole country they hung up on you if you ask them anything rather than what they know and they repeatedly tell you too read t&c for any questions about the service (Mr Karan kumar). i have sent an email regarding something else the reply i got is to pay my dues before they answer for that.
I would not say they scam you and rob money but they don't have any kind of transperency of their service too customers.
Finally i would say to not take a loan from them and get irritated by their stupid business model and continuous promotion & advertising calls which they don't even stop if you write an email to stop them immediately.

They are fake and whole team of frauds
I ordered a medicine from dhani in 27 Jan 2022 and paid the money through gpay,but I cancelled it to know the reviews of that medicine before buy...but still today (6-2-22) didn't got refund,they sending email to me that they refunded me ,but still didn't received.I orders a medicine of 250 and they said me they already refund 1799 to my bank account.

If I ask for the proof they didn't replies to it. And I requested them to check my account by giving the order number and details and they said there is no such type of order in their history...my 250 rupees gone away....and they are calling from spam number for taking their one freedom card ....
Totally fake teams ...steals our data and cheats us by taking our money....There is no proper response team...and they never solves our issues....going to move legally because it's a dirty game playing of dhani to cheat peoples

This app is a fake and empty bank account by their hidden charges. No customer support through call or email. They charged a lot for dhani freedom card which was not activated by me. I suggest dont't install this app, it will only deduct their hidden charges from the account. Very bad experience.

Dhani pharmacy delivering Wrong product. Post delivery, they are not ready to exchange and provide the correct product. WORST SERVICE! DON'T BUY FROM DHANI.
