UPDATE #8 – DI-FI GLOBAL WEBSITE IS NOW COMPLETELY DOWN

As of today (November 21, 2025), the entire Di-Fi Global website has disappeared.
Users can no longer log in, access their accounts, or reach the platform in any way.

A new review posted a few hours ago confirms the same situation:

“Why is the entire website gone? I just tried to log in and it is totally gone!”

This is exactly what usually happens when an unregulated “brokerage” collapses after collecting as much money as possible.

⚠️ Important context

Just days ago, Di-Fi Global was still aggressively advertising new “Black Friday Power Deals”, promising:

100% bonus on every new investment

Up to 30 days swap-free trading

Double your account instantly

These are classic high-risk scam tactics used to lure in the final wave of deposits before shutting everything down.

🛑 Regulators have already warned about Di-Fi Global

This shutdown is not a surprise.
Financial regulators in multiple countries had already issued warnings, including:

HANFA (Croatia) – explicitly stating Di-Fi Global is not authorized to provide investment services

ATVP (Slovenia) – listed Di-Fi alongside several known fraudulent platforms

CSA / Canadian Securities Administrators – published an investor alert

AMF Québec (Canada) – also issued a warning

Despite these red flags, the platform kept operating until today — when it finally disappeared, together with users’ accounts.

❗ For anyone affected

If you deposited money with Di-Fi Global, you should:

Contact your bank immediately

Request a chargeback / dispute for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

Report the case to your national financial regulator

Save all emails, screenshots, contracts and transaction history

Beware of “recovery scam” calls — many will pretend they can “unlock your funds” for a fee.
(No legitimate institution will ever ask for payment to return your money.)

UPDATE #9 – Website offline for days, negative reviews disappearing, victims reporting losses

As of Friday, the entire Di-Fi Global platform — including di-figlobal.com, di-figlobal.net, webtrader.di-figlobal.net, webtrader.100difi.com, and related subdomains — has gone offline.
For multiple days now, the website shows Cloudflare errors (522/523) or 404 Not Found.

Despite this, the company continues replying to reviews on Trustpilot, even though customers can no longer access their accounts or submit any withdrawal requests.

This creates the impression that someone is still trying to appear active and legitimate, while the operational website is completely gone.

🔻 Disappearing negative reviews

Several negative reviews from real users were visible last week but have now been removed, including:

A review from Trinidad & Tobago: “Why is the entire website gone? I tried to log in and everything is gone.”

A review from Slovakia describing the experience as “zly sen” (a nightmare) and mentioning nearly €10,000 lost.

It is unclear whether these deletions were triggered automatically in the system or requested by the company, but the pattern is concerning.

🔻 More victims reporting losses

I am personally in contact with two Slovenian citizens who reported financial losses to Di-Fi Global.
A third Slovenian citizen stated she was also affected.
None of us have received any funds back or any official communication from the company.

🔻 Request to Di-Fi Global

Since the website is no longer accessible, I publicly request that Di-Fi Global publish an active email address where victims can request a withdrawal or at least obtain information about their funds.

If the company truly intends to resolve withdrawal requests “promptly and correctly” (as stated in their replies), then they must provide a functioning communication channel.

🔻 Advice to other users

If you are a customer unable to access your account, please do not send money to anyone claiming to be Di-Fi support.
There are already reports of potential secondary scams targeting former clients.

UPDATE #10 – Bonus/Trade Volume Scam

Several new victims are now reporting the same pattern: Di-Fi Global blocks withdrawals by forcing traders to reach impossible “trade volume” requirements linked to bonuses (e.g. $1,000 bonus → 2,000,000 trade volume).

This condition was never properly disclosed by account managers. It is used only to prevent clients from withdrawing money.

The platform went offline on Nov 21 and reappeared under a new link — without warning — which is another red flag.

Anyone still using the new link should be extremely careful. No withdrawals are being processed, and negative reviews continue to be removed.

It is scam company

It is scam company. They contacted me early in 2025. On the begining everthing looked perfect and high profit was performed or better to say just visible in their platform. Dedicated manager contacted me weekly and always told me where and how to trade by using “take profit”. Later there was decresed frequency of comunication, this period I put no deposit. She ask me several times when I can put additional deposit. During this period my account with “not realized lost” increased more and more and she always responded me that it is ok. But my opinion, logically, it can not go forever this negative direction. Several days ago my account was closed due to the low margin. So she contact me in order to talk about future of my account. Meantime I received offer via email from them with very good promotion - double increasing…During talk to her, she again force me put new deposit and using this special promotion and by this get my lost many back. She also told me that my account was closed due to the situation at USA ….She was not worry when I told her that I really miss my lost money and I do not have money for new deposit(of course I would not do it), she continue to ask me to put new deposit in order to save my lost money. So I am frustrated by all this company and never put NO MONAY to them. Now question for all here: purpose of this is to make money, right? Did somebody really get money to their account? (I did not find such a information from nobody here). I do not mean to see it only their platform. My strong recomandation is to NOT put money to their platform. In case that it would be possible to evaluated with less start as one, I will do so.

Di fi global are scammers

Di fi global advertised on instagram that their company was approved for trading by our government, their had two ads done by prominent prsons in our country but it was proved to be a lie. I made my deposit and was able to make one withdrawal. I was pressured to make other deposits and when i told my account Manager Harvey i wanted to make a withdrawal he said the markwt was down so i cannot withdraw. When i said i am not going to deposit, all my funds disappeared from my accout and an email was sent to me saying my account was closed. All information was also deleted and i no longer have access to di fi global website. I was also contacted by Paul who sent me a link for him to have access to my mobile for me to transfer funds to them using adhitan and stodulky. This is so wrong.. this company is a scam.

You first contacted us through an online advertisement managed by an external marketing agency. Please note that we are a brokerage firm and do not advertise directly — all marketing activities are outsourced. Based on your initial communication and experience, the call center that assisted you referred your account to us, as we operate within your region and specialize in working with clients who are newer to trading.

You reside in Trinidad, and as you are aware, local government foreign exchange policies can limit international credit card transactions. To facilitate your ability to invest globally, we partner with trusted local payment providers who allow transactions in your local currency. Participation through these providers was entirely voluntary — you chose to proceed with us and were never obligated or coerced to do so.

As we have always emphasized, trading involves inherent risks. These risks were clearly explained to you before and during your engagement with us. You successfully withdrew funds from your account when they were available. However, trading performance is dependent on market conditions, which can fluctuate. When the market underperforms, it may affect both profits and the ability to make further withdrawals until the account recovers.

Following a series of threatening messages and phone calls directed at your account manager, we made the decision to close your account in accordance with our terms and conditions. Your account manager had maintained regular communication with you, keeping you informed about market performance and associated risks. You independently chose to hold your trades in hopes of recovery. At the time of closure, your account balance was zero, and we notified you of this via email.

Finally, we wish to reaffirm that we are a fully licensed and regulated brokerage. Our license and regulatory details are publicly available at the bottom of our official website. This confirms that we are an authorized and legitimate financial services provider operating in your region.

1/5 – DI-FI GLOBAL IS A SCAM

I want to warn others that Di-Fi Global is a fraudulent trading platform.
They promise high profits and professional support, but in reality this is a well-organized scam whose only goal is to make clients deposit more money.

1) At the beginning – friendly and convincing
At first, they were very friendly and regularly in contact.
I initially deposited €120, and the platform immediately showed “profit,” encouraging me to invest thousands more.

2) Pressure to deposit larger amounts
Later, I deposited €1,200.
When I told them that this was the maximum I could invest, their attitude changed — they became pushy and unpleasant.

3) Fake losses and psychological pressure
Shortly after, my account suddenly went into a loss.
They convinced me that I needed to add more money to “save the situation,” so I deposited another €950.

4) Silence after refusing to pay more
When I refused to invest more, communication almost stopped.
When I mentioned withdrawing my funds, everything suddenly ended.

They only sent me €100, and after a few days my account dropped from +€5,000 to –€2,000.
The so-called “mentor” never contacted me again.

5) People involved

Patience Tested

Good morning. I was unable to access my account for a short period and felt a bit timid to ask for the help. Eventually, Mr. Dominic sent me the link a few times well, still I couldn't get in. So yesterday, I was going to doctor and on my arrival at the hospital, I received his call and he calmly and patiently guided me through the steps. My experience has been truly amazing and confidence inspiring, with all concerns that a novice like me would initially have being expertly and patiently cleared up and knowledge transfer being a key objective of this online platform.
I hope I’m not causing massive amounts of more work to be added to her portfolio but these impressions and perceptions have been created by the professional hand-holding actions of my broker Sasha. I’ve always wanted to get involved in trading and investing in the international stock and commodities market but was very intimidated by the technicalities, however Sasha has been an excellent guide in introducing me to online trading. The Computer platform is excellent

Learning to trust.

I was very hesitant about trying this online trading business because of my limited knowledge of how it works. But, the person assigned as my manager assured me of the legitimacy of the business and promised to walk me through the first few transactions which he is doing.
