Burial insurance policies were found for my special needs! Brothers. My agent went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even though we lived in different time zones! He also went out of his way to make sure I have hardcopies of the policies! It definitely was a smooth, seamless experience! he found plans that fit their budget even though they are on a limited income. So all around great experience with my agent!

Bob was very knowledgeable and he spent over an hour with me on the phone to get me the life insurance policy that best fit my needs. He was friendly and it was a very hood experience. I am vey happy with the policy he found me.

I truly appreciate the help Matt Schmidt, put in to help me,beyond his duty as an agent. My bank had charged me 2 insufficient funds charges for a bank draft because of the insurance company mistake. Recently had problem with insurance co. When trying to get copy of my policy. Called Matt Schmitt who is my agent and he immediately went to work to resolve the problem.
