Good and efficient service.
I ordered some items from this website, and everything was delivered in good condition and right on time as indicated on the site itself. Very efficient service and the price was also good, including free delivery for the amount that I ordered.

Efficient and quick delivery of my order but it arrived without test strips and no information about which strips I need so the product remains unused

Hi Linda, thank you for your review. Some glucose meters do not come with test strips included. This applies to Glucofix and Accu-Chek. If that is the case, we always mention it clearly. We list the contents of the package, and if no test strips are included, we also state this separately — with a “please note” warning.
The meter can of course still be used, but you will need to order test strips separately.

Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service. But hey, its the Netherlands, standard fare here.
Word of warning to other customers, they use DHL for delivery ⛔, stay clear

Dear Dale Martenstyn,
Nothing went wrong with your order! We ship with DHL and of course with track & trace. You knew when the order would arrive. You yourself were not at home at the moment that DHL - announced and well - tried to deliver. Then your shipment went to a pickup point but you refuse to pick it up there. That's all.
This is not bad service! You can see for yourself when delivery will be made, and also make adjustments to this delivery. For example, you can choose a different time slot or place. You just didn't do that.
Our customer service has always answered your questions within minutes! Despite your rude allegations. You want your money back while your order is at the pickup point. We don't do that. You get your money back the moment the shipment is returned. But this has all been explained to you several times. And then apparently the last thing you can do is write a negative review in which you state everything is wrong with DHL and with the Netherlands. Pathetic... And quite vindictive to say the least.
