I appreciated the 100 days of diabetic tips. They captured ideas of both common situations that are so much a part of one's daily experience of diabetes, to the more obscure situations one might forget or be new to. I learned a lot that I can apply to my daily habits.

So amazing!!
So amazing!!! It's crazy I was coached by another Patrick and he is very knowledgeable on Diabetes care. I learned how to Reverse my Prediabetes from him and he motivated to stay committed to keeping it reversed. He really looks at everything in my bloodwork and can understand how it all impacts my blood sugars.
I found out a lot of the things I knew about Diabetes was out-dated and he seemed to know more about Diabetes than my doctor did!
