Would be negative if possible

Would be negative if possible. CCS frequently uses "documentation or Insurance issues" to delay shipments. Who knows why? I verify my insurance coverage and prescriptions myself. All in order. Just word salad from the rep if you get through. 55-minute wait or go to the useless website. They only want their money on time, to heck with our supplies. Many calls from CCS to get the order confirmed for shipment on 04/04/2025. Now delayed for documentation. Normal operating procedure.

CCS has changed in the worst way. - from a former customer.

If I could go negative I would! I will never do business with them again. They overcharged me $1972 a month before my diabetic supplies were even shipped. I did not get the equipment until 2/11/2025 There were no notifications or receipts. It is March 19th andI still have not gotten my final $750. They said they sent a check via the post office on 3/10. STILL NOTHING! They received their full payment for my order by 2/19/2025. No one was helpful to this situation and I am disgusted by their utter incompetence. This company needs to go under and in a fast way! They wouldn't even know how to run a successful McDonald's! I am going to pursue this in every avenue possible. It is unfathomable to me that they have held on to my money for so long. This has to be verging on illegal!

Do NOT purchase from CCS

I upgraded my existing Medtronic CGM/insulin pump to 780/CGM in Dec 2024. Medtronic deferred the account to CCS ensuring a smooth transition for my pump and supplies receipt. Absolutely not the case dealing with CCS. CCS placed my order on hold claiming they needed additional information. I spent hours on hold, transferred to "customer service". put on hold, transferred to orders, put on hold, transferred to shipping with no resolution of my order status. These are truly the laziest, most incompetent individuals I have dealt with - no one cares, they obviously don't update your account information, nor attempt to assist or resolve the issues. My received supplies were incorrect and I have spent hours on hold to rectify my order. After numerous attempted calls, ridicules hold times, repeated transfers to departments that know nothing and won't assist, I relayed to the CS staff that I needed to return 6 boxes of incorrect supplies for the ones I was to have received. After explaining 6 times to the staff person, 4 holds and 1 hour later, she finally understood that she could send a return label to exchange for the correct products. I had to supply the product numbers for CCS since she was too stupid to figure out the order. To date, I have no products and running out of pump supplies!!!

CCS is touting their new portal for supply orders. My account has another customer's phone # linked to mine, my account is placed on hold, and the original supplies which are still incorrect in the portal are not available for shipping until March 2025. So at this time, I have no extended usage 780 pump supplies as guaranteed by Medtronic and CCS. Unbelievable that this company is operational since they use third party vendors to deal with customers (one had her screaming and crying kids in the background the entire discussion)! I'm facing another 40 minute wait, numerous transfers, and more hjold times to start the entire process over of receiving the correct supplies.

Prior to dealaing with CCS, I read the reviews and was concerned about their credibility. They are worst that you can anticipate.

Place a joke wait until last minute to tell me don't take my insurance now stuck no supplies now being diabetic yet I got called 3 times 3 different people wanting my updated insurance none idiots called ahead time say we don't take insurance anymore stay away could been more concerned about people health n safety

Mind blowing inadequacy

I really don't know how they continue to remain such a poorly run medical supply company. I mean if I had a nickel for every time they say I'm sorry. The funniest thing is when they try to explain something that clearly went wrong on their end

Do not do business with CCS

Do not do business with CCS. I have had nothing but problems since I started using at fiers of 2024. In July of 2024 they deducted my payment the day the order was placed and never shipped the order. Have been without my G7 continuous glucose monitor since then. Saw my doctor October 30th and it is now December 5th and I still do not have my monitors. Received an email October 13th that order was approved and would ship October 14th. Order has never shipped and I’ve received a different answer every time I’ve called. I’m done! I have requested a refund, which I doubt I will receive. Very unorganized dishonest company.

Absolutely a horrible company

Absolutely a horrible company. Been a customer for over 5 years and the past year has been INTOLERABLE. Poor customer service, lies upon lies told by scripted customer service reps. Most recent experience was I paid for overnight delivery.. they charged my credit card and supplies tracking show nearly a week til delivery. Definitely leaving this company now. Enough is enough. Run from this awful company!!!!

I'm a new patient using c c s medical…

I'm a new patient using c c s medical for the first time for diabetic supplies. I was assured on my registration phone call.That lasted 23 minutes that my supplies would take no longer than 2 weeks.To process that they had all the information they required from my physician's office. It's been 2 weeks and still the supplies are being withheld for no good reason. Guess I'll try another vendor.

CCS Medical Tony Vahedian, TRASH.

CCS Medical is a trash business. The 1 and only priority, is getting your payment. The ceo Tony Vahedian, is an absolute failure in regards to taking “patient needs”, above his and share holder wants.
CCS will hound a patient with email, text and phone calls, claiming you’re “overdue” on order placement. If you give in, and place an order, you will only be neglected, forgotten and overlooked. The items you’ve already paid for, to start the process of fulfilling your order, is now in CCS’s account and your “order” is on hold… because you are no longer a priority. ( payment has been received)
Take my advice, anyone reading this review. Sign up with ANY OTHER MEDICAL SUPPLIER. This company of trolls, is the armpit of all medical suppliers.

I've used CCS Medical now for 6+ yrs

I've used CCS Medical now for 6+ yrs. The past year has been a nightmare. I use the Medtronic 780G Insulin Pump with the Guardian 4 CGM. Getting it was a pain in my ass. 1st CCS sent me the pump they wanted vs the pump that was ordered by my dr. Took me 60 days to get that crap corrected. Now intermittently over the past yr they send me the supplies they want. Sometime I get my Guardian 4 sensors sometimes Guardian 3 (useless to me) when I tell them about it they basically call me a liar and i end up going for 4 weeks with no sensors while i wait on next time i can order. Now because i am trying to switch to Medtronic to get my supplies, it is even more screwed up, CCS has wrong dates in their system on my pump and supplies start date, and so Medtronic cant furnish me what I need. CCS wont furnish me what I need because they can t read dr's orders. I give up and I will be going back on shots, CCS and Medtronics can shove this pump where the sun dont shine.

Deceptive sales practice

Really disappointed as this business was referred by my Endocrinologist for my Libre 3 CGM supplies. I just started Medicare on June 1st, 2024 and am not 100% sure of how it all works. I called and spoke to a sales rep at CCS about pricing. I wasn’t sure if my Medicare $240 deductible had been met yet, but he assured my it had. I would have waited to order if not because my doc and hospital covers the deductible. $240 on a fixed income means a lot too me. The sales process went smoothly and I received my 3 months of sensors and reader (required my Medicare in a few days. They had worked out payments with me and I was expecting a next bill of $70. Nope.. I received a bill for $333. Needless to say I was concerned and confused. Called CCS billing support and finally got hold of them after making several attempts with one hour plus hold times. The billing rep said that the sales rep had made a mistake and that I owed the $333 and wouldn’t receive another shipment until paid in full. He said I should have checked with Medicare first about the deductible since they’re not responsible for that. I told him that was deceptive sales practices and I wouldn’t tolerate it. He could have cared less and said it was up to me. I was nice to him since he’s just doing a job. I paid it in full and told him that I would never do business with them again. All he said was that it was my choice and was there anything else. Took payment in full, got my verification number and we hung up. There are other companies that sell these durable goods and I will be moving to another once my Endo sets it up. I should have known this would happen after seeing a majority of reviews are 1 star. Docs should stop referring them and using them as the 3rd party company to fill durable goods. Sad they care less. Oh well. Beware if you use this company!!!

What can I say

What can I say? Terrible service and never been on hold as much - never talked to that many people to only get no answer from anyone about anything.
Got fed up and dropped them. Edwards Medical is another of Humana's providers and they were happy to help me.
More folks should do the same.

If there was a number below 1 I would…

If there was a number below 1 I would give it. Horrible customer service. Overcharged me several times and kept billing large amounts. They would not refill my meds and wanted me to pay over $500 after and not properly applying my payments to them. I had to report them to Medicare and Bb&b. They finally Do not use them. Amazon pharmacy accepts most insurance. That is where I go now.

The most stressful experience ever woth…

The most stressful experience ever woth a company. They call me constantly yet there is always a reason why I am not able to receive my supplies. The manager is very rude and does not listen. She just speaks over you and has a completely nasty aditude. I have gotten her twice and it was a degrading experience every time. Don't waist your time, health and sanity dealing with CCS medical.

CCS has begun robo calling then putting…

CCS has begun robo calling then putting the customer on hold until an agent is free to take the order. I have expressed to the agent such an approach is unacceptable to me. This "way" of doing business is offensive and from now on, CCS calls will go to voice mail.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was going on vacation and needed diabetic supplies before leaving. They did not care. I wanted to talk to someone in charge to relay the urgency and need. They wanted a letter from my doctor by US mail, not fax, a letter from my insurance company, and my trip itinerary before they would consider shipping my supplies 3 days early. My insurance company even called them several times about the need. No help or urgency from CCS. I ordered supplies from another supplier online. I will be switching my supply company at my next doctor visit.

Ccs medical is the Joe Biden of diabetic supplies . This company is unable to provide quality service .ask your doctor to select a different company and save your self the risk to your life by not getting your supplies ,being over billed with no resolve ,wasting precious time with NO positive results !!!!
