I was told that my insurance paid at 100%. The first two 90 day shipments, I owed nothing. Today, I receive a bill in the email stating that I owe. This is not what I was told and not what I signed up for. They misrepresented themselves. I have heard that this happens quite frequently. I have sent an email asking why I was told insurance paid at 100% only to find out that was not true.

My son is a type 1 diabetic who gets his Dexcom CGM sensors from CCS Medical. These sensors are constantly shipped late. Six of the past 12 months, they were shipped late. I have sent an email to the manager of patient services; Jennifer W regarding this. THREE requests and NO REPLY. I have also sent an email to the Chief Operations Officer; Steve K. THREE requests and NO REPLY. I am working with my son's insurance company to have these sensors available at CVS pharmacy. Once the insurance company approves this, then it will be good riddance to CCS Medical. If you are having shipping problems, I highly recommend you contact your insurance company and request pharmacy pick-up for the Dexcom CGM sensors. If I could give a negative rating for CCS Medical, I WOULD!

I have read a lot of reviews sounds so familiar I have dealt with the same BS Not sure why this company does what it does to their customers They need to have a meeting with all their staff every single one and get retrained if this is how they were trained there is a lot of wrong to this Company I've been told 3 times they need doctors notes updates I called the doctors they had already sent what they need so they seemed to like start the process all over again needing to know all my pump information when I bought it how long I had it all that stuff send it over then it's denied for whatever reason as they say they need more doctor's notes what do they need that's the question and explain it to the customers don't make the customers feel like they're stupid Thanks for all the reviews I have read it's not just me I knew it wasn't me from the beginning but now I am for sure stamp it's not me good luck to everyone who is in need of any type of diabetic supplies
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Problematic billing issues. Once you can actually reach a CSR, after hours of hold time, they offer little help. Have been working on a billing issue that resulted in an admitted credit from CCS that has not materialized even after hours on the phone from patient and insurance provider.

After calling their order line and being directed to their web portal, and after completing all information requested on their very elementary portal, i then still has to call and spend over 2 hours on the phone getting an initial order of CGM and insulin pump supplies set up with a customer service rep AFTER their insurance dept. confirmwd my deductile and copays, only to be told my order still has to "be approved" by some other department before they can ship it. I was informed that approval process can take between 7-10 days. What the heck?? I NEED DIABETIC PUMP AND CGM SUPPLIES ASAP!!! Compared to my last insurance company's preferred diabetic supply vendor, CCS Med isn't even a 1-star. Ive been oedering diabetic supplies online for 20yrs and CCS is the WORST supply company I have ever used. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEBODY ELSE to supply your diabetes care needs!!

This is beyond a doubt the worse company I have every had to deal with. I am suppose to receive my Dexcom G6 and Tandem insulin pump supplies from them but this company is so inept that I very seldom get my supplies on time or at all. CCS Medical will not notify me if there is a problem such as not having a current prescription or the prescription had an error in it when doctor submitted it. I have sat here with no supplies waiting on a supply that never comes. My doctor has sent them new prescriptions at least 10 times since Oct. 2022 and my doctor even called them. Still no supplies. My doctor called me today and said he was sending my prescriptions to a different company. Thank God that I won't "EVER" hane to deal with CCS Medical Supplies again. I will tell anyone who will listen to run as fast as you can away from this company. I would rate it a minus 100 if possible. This company needs to be shut down and I will be telling Medicare that they need to ban this company from servicing or rather non servicing Medicare patients. I wish Medtronic supplies would offer the Dexcom G6 and Tandem Insulin pump. When I used Medtronic before, for years before getting my new insulin pump, I never had any problem with them. Only reason I left them is because I needed the Dexcom G6.

I never received an order on time without making numerous calls for assistance. Have been out of sensors for a couple of weeks now. Everyone there has a different answer as to why the order hasn’t shipped yet. They transfer you to another department and then drop your call. I will no longer do business with them and have switch to another Diabetic Supply Company.

horrible, horrible, horrible...taking forever to get supplies approved, misled me several times on phone lied to me said the labs and paper work needed (which were sent 2 weeks before) I don't have any supplies, I don't have any more money to pay out of pocket, CCS has a $300 plus credit on my account. The customer service rep was so rude and impatient, yelling at me on the phone. I am so frustrated. If I could I would give minus 5 stars.

If I could give zero star, or less, that would be ideal. Don’t know what’s going at CCS, but I’ve been a customer for years and recently, for the last 3 months, I can’t get my life saving diabetic medical supplies. Every time I call they state a different issue, which the. I have to “fix”! Mind you, my endocrinologist office has always been mindful and had things sent on time and/or as I politely requested. I’ve been needing my next shipment of sensors since October 2022 and my transmitters since November 2022. Multiple call have been made on my behalf to CCS and multiple faxes have been made to CCS from my endocrinologists office. The issue is not me as the patient nor my doctors office! The issue her resides on CCS, their non-caring customer service personnel that disregard one’s input and even hang up on you! Do they not understand that they’re dealing with individuals who’s life depends on their medical equipments and we’re contacting them to attain our supplies which I just paid my almost $1,000 deductible in order to “have it shipped the next day”….funny they can quickly take my money, but they can’t quickly send my needed supplies! I hope the direct, the board, and other higher ups read all these reviews and maybe, just maybe, realize that so many customers can’t be in the wrong; thus, turning their attention inward within their company! Maybe getting attorneys involved would light a fire under CCS‼️‼️‼️

Liars and poor customer service
New Tandem pump user. Supplies sent by CCS Medical. Three orders, none correct yet. Doctor wrote prescription for specific infusion set, CCS sent another I couldn’t use. Called them, they boldfaced lied to me and said Tandem quit making infusion set Doctor ordered. Called Tandem, had the correct infusion set in 24 hours. Second order wrong. Sent back wrong items, emailed correct instructions, no response. Called CCS and they lied again and said they tried to contact me. Runaround every time I talk to them. Finally got a supervisor to give the corporate runaround.

I called gave them my new doctor's information last week. I called last Friday and they stated it will be delivered in 24 hours. Still didn't hear from them. I called Monday said it was going to be delivered in 24 hours. Tuesday comes, today still no sensors. They said they needed a preauthorization. I called back at 230pm today and they said it will be delivered and will have by tomorrow. One of the people I talked was very rude, would not let me talk. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES HERE. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS THERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT

I have a Dexcom G6, and have had multiple issues with this company. Lost use of a sensor because of hospitalization and pump removal. Then, never received a new transmitter like I was supposed to. Put in a new one and inserted the transmitter only to find out it ended. Lost sensor and wanted a new transmitter and sensor, overnight due to their error. They put me on hold and then hung up.

I'd give negative stars if I could. I've been in the medical field for nearly 30 years and I've never had to deal with such ignorance, until dealing with them. Orders are always wrong. They call to get your supplies ordered when you literally just received supplies. Can't wait until I can go to another company.

Been trying to get my Dexcom supplies for months now. Every time I call them there’s some new issue that I have to figure out how to sort out. Always get told they will contact me if there’s any issues with my order but then weeks will go by and I won’t hear anything. So I’ll call and they’ll claim there’s yet another issue. Wish I could use a different company, but my insurance will only go through this one.
