I got paid partial for one of the…

I got paid partial for one of the items. I know the items I sent qualified for full payment yet only one of the strips got paid the full amount. They boymth had the same expiration date. Tried to get ahold of someone to talk about this and could not get ahold of anyone.

Payment not received

Sent in 2 boxes of strips directly from the pharmacy after I picked them up. I have yet to receive my payment. They sent me a email on Jan 17,; it's now Jan. 28.
