Armand and his team led by Astrit did a really good job on my rear extension on the Moorpool estate in Harborne. Competitively priced, started on the agreed day and pretty much finished as planned. Took challenges like floor levels, drainage, steels and access in their stride, unlike other builders they had a 'can do' response and worked really hard. Have already recommended to friends and if I did a job again would be definitely to use.

I contacted Armand via a recommendation for a quote on a replacement skylight window. His team fitted the window in our upstairs landing area. It was a tricky job as the guys had to work from the inside. Once fitted, the surround had to then be plastered and painted. All the guys on the job turned up when they said they would, were polite and worked hard to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dialabuilder again and would definitely recommend.

Armand and his team gave us a well priced quote, were fantastic from start to finish, working hard, doing long days when needed and making sure any issues were swiftly dealt with. The members of his team were friendly and built a good relationship. They carried out a loft conversion, converted a bedroom into a bathroom and did a downstairs side return extension, which we are very happy with and enjoying our new spaces!

Dial a Builder built our extension on a Victorian terrace in Harborne. They were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. The work was completed on time and budget to a very high standard. Mr Arman is an Excellent professional builder who is always on time. They don’t make you wait around, when I called them they came next day, convenient to our timing. My outside tile of the dormer was cracked,
Arman came with his colleagues and replaced it and they did other jobs which needed to be done , That I wasn’t aware of as it was on the roof . We are very satisfied with his jobs and the Thought and care he puts into the jobs and always going out of his way to complete it to a top standard. No jobs is too small or big for him. I would highly recommend Dial a Builder as they provide you with the highest level of quality in everything they do.

Had these chaps over on recommendation from my sister. The job was to build a room with a toilet, sink, plaster and woodwork, etc.

NOTHING WENT WRONG - NOTHING!

Armand the contractor orchestrated the work and the whole thing was over and usable with in 5 days! Very fair fee, too.

I will be hiring again.

Intially I got Dial a Builder to carry out a loft conversion. Armand and his team of builders did good quality work at a reasonable price for me so I decided to carry out the side single storey extension too. Contract clearly stated the payment required at each stage of the build. This way both parties were clear when payments were due to be paid (Not like cowboy builders who demand payment before they've even started the work). Armand ensured that each stage of the build was inspected by building control and passed. Any issues that were raised were resolved quickly in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company for your building projects. Thanks Armand.
