I like some of the travel perfumes…
I like some of the travel perfumes purchased, the closest one is the one inspired by Santal33from Le Labo( I like the bottle of the 50 ml size but NOT the cap)but what I really dislike is the package of the travel size, plastic bottles makes it look very cheap and the diffuser is not good at all, improvement would be great and more range of perfumes, please.

Resolution to problems with a phone call! Perfume is perfect!
At last a call from Dialect instead of circular emails about my account, order and payments. And everything was resolved!! The perfume is perfect - it was the confusing emails which created concern. Hopefully a Dialect phone number will be available to everyone in future!

Not impressed. Purchased a fragrance and cannot smell the perfume just the alcohol. I will not buy again. Better off buying the real thing!

Not acceptable customer service
I received my item and i don’t like and want to return. I have emailed the company 4 times to arrange a return and no one has got back to me. I find this kind of customer service not acceptable

This is the worst experience I ever had.
I bought 2 parfumes and I returned one of them as it wasn't any near to the original one.I was told That I will not get any refund as It was buy one get one free.They could had return some money as the first one was £35.00.No one will buy a dupe parfume at that price if there isn't an offer.On their site is stated that there is 30 days return or exchange.Yes,I returned the parfume that I wasn't happy with but I didn't get any refund or exchange.It is a scam.Do not buy from them.

Delectable Dialect
I have several scents from Dialect and have just recently taken delivery of another three bottles! The perfumes are incredible , they last all day so I never need to reapply, and they smell amazing! My favourites this month are Amber Infusion, Spicy Vanilla Obsession and Sweet Bouquet!
I have so many compliments each wear and when people ask I direct them to dialect!
Why pay more when you really don’t need to?
The packaging is plain and simple to keep the cost low but with the added bonus of it all being recyclable and the scents are all PETA approved so vegan and cruelty free.
I can’t sing Dialects praises enough. Always offers on , free delivery on some purchases and discounts via YouTube reviews. What’s not to love?!
