No communication

Placed the order almost a month ago and never got any updates
When i contacted them they apologized that they Didn't receive my order because of unsuccessful payment
While the payment was made with no issues and already showing in my bank statement which i sent them
But never got any response from them
Not sure if its fraud or they have the worst service ever.
UPDATE/
After this review the customer service reached out to me professionally and solved the issue
I received the item its as expected and i love it really good quality
I wish they work on improving their customer service otherwise it's deserves more than 3 stars.

Though it is mentioned on your website that it may take 4-19 days for shipping. I became a little anxious after 16 days I still haven't received the product so I sent an email to query about my order. It took customer service 8 days to respond, I feel like this is too long so I guess it could be better and prompt. In regards to shipping period just my suggestion maybe you can specify how long for example for Asia is between such days, Europe, US so on and so forth. I ordered online from New Zealand so it took 16 days, my experience is actually not too bad at all.😊

My 2nd order was incorrect and to date no one has contacted me. I have sent 2 communications and both phone numbers don’t work. On my second order one name is missing and the one name is not the name I provided. I would like this to please be rectified. Please advise where to return the current necklace and when you can send me the correct one.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service!

I got my daughter a personalised necklace for her 30th birthday and it broke the same day that I gave it her, she has attempted to contact the company by Facebook and not got anywhere I have sent multiple emails with no response this shouldn't break within the same day of my daughter wearing this.
I will not order from here AGAIN
Get your customer service side sorted out absolutely shocking!!!
