Scammers, you won't get your delivery

Ordered 5th October for my wedding 29 December. I wanted to have something cute to give my partners kids.
They sent me a bogus tracking link, then said it was delivered even though the tracking link could not show any sort of travel path/they couldn't tell me where it was delivered but they would send a new one out of good will. I explained my wedding/what I need it for. Surprise surprise, same tracking website (if you actually google 17track website & put your tracking number in,it doesn't recognise your tracking number).
Reporting this to my credit card company today & informing people everywhere I can so hopefully you don't have scammers money too

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I regret to say that my experience with Diamofy has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed two orders a few months ago, and I have yet to receive the items. According to the company, my package has been delivered not once, but twice, despite me being at home both times with no sign of any attempted delivery.

The lack of accountability and transparency in their delivery process is utterly appalling. It is frustrating to receive notifications claiming successful deliveries when the reality is far from it. This has resulted in not only inconvenience but also a complete loss of trust in the company's ability to fulfill orders.

Despite my attempts to address the issue through communication with their customer service, the problem persists. There seems to be a severe disconnect between what the company claims and the actual service provided.

I find it unacceptable that after such a dismal experience, I am left with undelivered items and no resolution in sight. I have requested a refund for the two orders, but even that seems to be a challenging process.
My advice to potential customers is to steer clear of Diamofy unless you are willing to risk your time, money, and patience on a company that fails to meet the most basic expectations of reliable delivery. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Poor experience

Although the product I ordered was beautiful, the delivery and communication side of things let it down. My tracking number didn’t work, so couldn’t track my order, there was no updates on my order unless I contacted customer service. From order to delivery was nearly a month.

Ordered a silver necklace with mam and dad picture engraved on it . Was very cheap and didn’t think it be that good .
But was l wrong it is so good the quality of the picture on necklace is exactly the one l uploaded. It’s a fantastic item and would recommend it a 100 per cent . It’s a gift for my mother for Christmas and l know she be over the moon with it

Ordered a while back

Ordered a while back, then finally got a tracking code so I checked over the next few days to see what stage it was at. I then checked and it said attempted delivery at this time so I checked my doorbell camera to see how I had missed them as I’d been home all day. They hadn’t attempted delivery so I sent two emails got no response then I checked the tracking and they have returned it back to themselves. Haven’t received a refund as of yet as they haven’t replied. I wouldn’t order from them again as this was a birthday present and I waited so long and now don’t have my daughters gift.

Beautiful, quality pieces.

I have purchased five necklaces and they were all beautiful, unfortunately the chain broke on the last one as I was removing it from the gift box. I contacted Diamofy to inquire if I could purchase another chain. I was asked to provide a picture of the broken chain and must to my surprise they offered to replace the entire necklace. Excellent customer service.
