Satisfied

In the beginning I thought that Diamofy was a scam because my package was shown as delivered, but I haven’t received anything at all.

After some emails, Diamofy sent me my country’s voucher, so I could find my package and then receive it.

The quality of my jool was amazing!! I just love it!!! It is a personalized necklace.

I will surely recommend Diamofy to all my friends and I will order again soon.

Order never came. Support is not replying!

Unfortunately, the item never arrived. Track number shows some inconsistent information. Nobody replies on emails or messages on social networks. Order was paid, all data correctly sent and necklace never came. It was a gift, that created me extra costs and lot of inconveniences and disappointments. I hope that someone will at least react to this review and try to do what client support supposed to do. Very poor so far.

UPDATE:
After many messages and mails, finally the reaction came after this review.
When the support decided to react, I have to be honest, we solved the issue in a matter of few weeks.
At the end, the product is very good and I would consider ordering again. You made a mistake, but at the end, mistake has been corrected.
Please, do not push the clients to these extreme measures to get in touch with you. Mistakes happen, no problem, but your support is what make the difference. If it takes weeks just to find someone to reply, then its not the right way to do it.

I'll keep my review originally with this update of resolution so the people can be more persistent seeking support that at the end of the day, does its job very well.

Faulty necklace sent

I ordered my necklace, two weeks later it arrived broken in the box. I emailed several times and messaged over and over again with photos. Absolutely no response. I’m so angry at their lack of customer care. So incredibly quick to take your money but the service ends there.
Thank you for finally answering my emails. I’m hoping my replacement necklace is of good quality. Eagerly awaiting its delivery.
Update, my replacement necklace has arrived and Is packaged well and perfect condition.
