My new boiler installation was a seamfree service from ordering to the actual installation. All the staff I had contact with were polite and efficient. A special mention to Steve for his friendly manner and competent clean working practices. I would happily recommend the company to others.

Engineer arrived within specified time. He was polite and helpful. After boiler service he checked radiators were functioning and left the area clean and tidy.

We recently had Diamond Green Energy install a complete energy-efficient system in our home, including a new heat source pump, underfloor heating, solar panels with battery storage, and an EV charger — and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

I wanted to install a heat pump for the following reasons: my combi boiler was knackered and on its last legs; I wanted to get rid of gas; I wanted to save running costs (HPs are more efficient and cheaper to run than gas- if installed properly); and not least reduce my global warming footprint.

I got quotes from 5 potential suppliers local and nationwide and had 3 heat surveys carried out (I was happy to pay for these as they are a lot of work and the whole install is based around the findings).

I chose Diamond Green Energy because they were local and the people I dealt with, Jake and Nick gave me confidence that they knew what they ere talking about

The installation took just over a week; all the blokes that did the work; Nick, Jay, Max and the electrical guys were exemplary; they were polite, tidy, they kept me informed of what they were doing and asked me for decisions where appropriate, all were extremely hard working; but I would like to especially thank Nick for his work. He is a diamond.

The heat pump has been switched on and the the hot water tank filled with hot water; the radiators were checked that they got hot but as we were in a heat wave will not know how it works overall until it gets cold. I am sure that the heating will be ok but if not I will report back if there are any issues.

I believe that in choosing Diamond Green Energy I got the right company for my heat pump installation.

I would have given 5 stars if the engineer had come on time he was over an hour late for the given 11 to 1500 app. The engineer was polite and tidy and did a though job.

What a great company!

The engineers were all incredibly reliable, enthusiastic, knowledgable, did a tidy install and left the area clean after each work day. We had AC installed in our bedrooms. Luke planned the pipe work so that it was out of the way and that we could walk around up there to move boxes etc.. Each split coming off from the sides were protected in a plastic trunking, I liked how he checked in with me every so often with the progression.

My mother came to visit, who is still in a leg support after an operation. Luke offered to assist her into the house. He also made sure his team new about the safety of our cat making sure doors were not left open where they were working.

Max was a polite hard working lad who assisted Luke. The electrician Mark, did a tidy job running the power feed to the inverter. I was delighted how he fed a Cat6 of mine along with the power which he secured to the brickwork, which saved me the task of doing it seperatly myself.

To conclude, I am really pleased I went with DGE and looking to have more projects done with them again soon!

Booked online. Some you gents came to fit our air con. Everything was left tidy and they were very polite and professional. 100% recommend and the AI con works fantastically, finally getting good night's sleep in this heatwave!
