Diamond Green Energy is the best solar installer in the UK, full stop.

​As a tech enthusiast, I did thorough research by getting quotes and having physical surveys done by several top-ranking companies in the market. I asked for like-for-like quotes, and in all scenarios, Diamond came out on top. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I didn't focus solely on price. I cared about their standards and getting the best-balanced system at a highly competitive price. Diamond excelled in every aspect, largely because of the incredible people who work there.

​I want to mention a few names, as they are the main reason I trusted Diamond over the others. Mathieu, the sales executive I dealt with, is a wonderful person to work with and the most honest salesman I have ever encountered. He never tried to oversell or pressure me with sales tactics. Instead, he always explained the pros and cons of each option, offered his professional opinion on what would work best for my setup, and then allowed me to make the final call. He always honored his commitments and patiently answered my many, many questions.

​The second person was Declan, the installer. He is a polite gentleman and an absolute expert; his work quality is unmatched. He took care of things I didn't even know to ask for, ensuring top-notch quality and a highly professional finish. It genuinely felt like he was installing the system for his own home, rather than for a client.

​Last but not least was the electrician, Arthur. His cable management was superb, and he took so much extra time to ensure everything looked tidy and professional. These details are the most important part of any solar system—it's not just about the equipment you buy, but how it is installed so it continues to work flawlessly for decades.

​The setup I had installed is a 12.96 kW Sigenergy system consisting of 27 panels and a 27.12 kWh battery backup. I am incredibly happy with this dream installer team. Based on my experience, I have recommended them to many friends and relatives. My uncle, followed by a few others, is now also having solar installed with Mathieu!
​I usually don't give such high praise or spend this much time writing reviews—my review history is proof of that. However, I am doing this for Diamond because I genuinely feel compelled to. They supported me in the best possible ways, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result.

​As a final note, I would highly recommend Mathieu, Declan, and Arthur for Diamond's "Employees of the Year." I am more than happy to share my feedback over a call with management to ensure they are fully recognized and valued within the business. A team like this would be a massive asset to any company.

Diamond Green Energy were very easy to deal with. My discussion with the sales person was both easy and useful. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and not 'pushy' in any way. Subsequent follow up calls were answered promptly as were my follow up questions. The engineer that came to install the boiler was really good. He was polite, informative and obviously 'knew his stuff'. It was a pleasure to have him work in my house. Everything was left clean and tidy.

A great annual boiler service from Diamond Green Energy, carried out by Rob. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and gave us a thorough explanation of the outcome of the service, I pay monthly which is cost effective. They always let you know a time window and text you when they’re on their way. I would recommend!
