Engineer arrived on time, was polite and respectful giving a clear outline of his findings.

I would like to applaud Diamond Energy for the training Mr. Jay Cross must have received to meet such a high standard in every respect of his work ethics. He was obviously a very good engineer, but had the attributes many of his elders sadly no longer possess. His work was tidy, clean, thoroughly professional to the task in hand, courteous and very polite - a rarity today. Thank you Jay

Received text night before as promised to let me know when and who to expect. Engineer turned up on time, professional, polite helpful. Cleared up after himself. Couldn’t ask for more. I had to reschedule previous appointment and staff where very helpful and friendly.

On time polite and efficient boiler service completed quickly

The service engineer was punctual, polite and carried out a comprehensive service of the boiler. He went to great lengths to explain, with detailed pictures, the work he had undertaken.

The company ensure you're contacted in plenty of time and provide thorough updates on the day. The engineer was extremely polite and courteous and considerate of anything we asked. Have recommended them and indeed my friend purchased a new boiler from them.

Excellent customer service. The engineer was very polite, clean and helpful. He answered all of my questions about our boiler. I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you. The company was able to give me an appointment at short notice as my online appointment didn't go through but it was sorted out quickly when I phoned.

Charlotte took my initial booking over the phone and the issue with my radiator was noted. Robert then arrived for the annual service fully aware of the issue. He carried out the service, fixed the radiator so the logging/communication was perfect. Robert also explained to me what had happened with the radiator valve and the reason he had replaced it (basically he could have temp fixed it but it prob would have needed replacing in the winter). That was really appreciated! Top service all round. Thanks

From first meeting Ian Simm almost seven years ago his company have provided all my gas and plumbing needs with a level of efficiency that is second to none. Over the telephone Louise his wife has always been most helpful and always had an answer or solution to propose. If only government could do half as much!!!
