Diamond have always provided a great service. Punctual and polite. And always helpful if there are any problems.

We had a problem with our boiler not firing up and decided to replace it. Diamond were great from start to finish and fitted a replacement boiler inside a week. Jay the engineer did an outstanding job, worked tirelessly, overcame a couple of obstacles like a seasoned pro and was extremely polite and tidy to boot. For such a young guy he did a fantastic job and is a credit to Diamond! Two weeks on and we’ve had no problems at all. Very happy customer.

The installation itself was incredibly efficient. Engineers Steve and Jay arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, completing the entire job within a single day on a Sunday! Their work ethic was outstanding, and they maintained a clean and tidy workspace throughout the installation.

Both Steve and Jay were incredibly polite and professional, always willing to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the installation.

The fact that the company contacted me prior to the engineers arrival I found a useful idea. On arrival the engineer was pleasant, and got onto the task immediately, no wasting of time. When asking questions the engineer was polite. I find Diamond Green to be a very professional company whose engineers are very proficient.

We have our boiler serviced annually by Diamond Gas which was installed by them. They are always polite and professional on every visit. They are a very good company and a credit to there trades,. If anyone is interested in buying a new boiler go to Diamond Gas,you don’t get a lot of spiel from them just honest facts.There employees are a credit to there firm

The interesting thing about Diamond energy is the engineers who come and do your work are all polite courteous and importantly, genuinely friendly they’re a pleasure to have in your house.
They explain everything clearly what they’re doing, what they are going to do and everything runs a dream.
I personally wouldn’t use any other company, I have done in the past but this outfit is a really professional company who do good work at reasonable prices.
