Annual Service
Our engineer was polite, courteous and knowledgeable with our gas boiler servicing.
We also had our gas fire booked in for service. Unfortunately our engineer did not appear as familiar with our fire.
We would have had no problem with him saying he would not service the fire and we would happily have booked it in with someone else. We will be aware to do this next year.

Good service but best to book by phone
Some confusion about date of service (originally booked-but not confirmed-online, but then I booked a different date by phone). Expected time slot only confirmed the day before. On day of service, engineer arrived on time and was quick, polite and efficient.

The appointment does need to be confirmed by the customer, before the system will schedule an appointment for you, i think, maybe this is where the confusion lays? We are always looking at ways we can improve, so this will definitely be something we will look into.

Boiler Service
Just moved in to new home and boiler was out of date for service. Diamond engineer arrived within 15 minutes of his ETA and checked the whole system, including bleeding the rads and fixing a sticky flow valve for the hot water/ heating. He was polite and professional and explained what he was doing and then talked through the results. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.
