As a Law Enforcement Officer I am weary of business’s that I have never used or hear of. However I have it a try rolled that dice and came out on top. I recently sold a watch through the mail in process and it was simple and easy to follow. They stayed in touch through the process and that day I had the money through a wire transfer as promised. I would recommend and they kept their word on the agreed amounts .

Sicily on the Plaza was great to deal with. She is kind and caring, finds an appointment for you as quickly as possible, then works long hours to insure my jewelry was properly appraised. She has been in the jewelry appraisal industry for decades even though she doesn’t look old enough for that! When I went back in, she explained about each piece and the reasons for the appraisal values. I highly recommend her and Diamond Banc.

Sicily was great to work with! She walked me through the entire process and gave detailed explanations on pricing and what she could offer to purchase my wedding ring.
In the end, I accepted her offer because it was a fair price and this took all the hassle out of finding my own buyer and likely having to meet them in a sketchy parking lot to do a deal.
This was the safest option and very fair.
