I have found Diamond Energy to be the best electricity company I have dealt with at the age of 62. They are always easy to get on with and very amicable, not like most other companies that are very demanding and intrusive. I have an outstanding account with Diamond Energy and they have accepted low repayments due to my financial situation, they have never once given me a hard time and always responsive when it has come to repayments, I always pay my bills but when things have got tough they are always amicable and I would always recommend them over any other company I have ever dealt with, regards, Jennifer Parker.
