After waiting over 4 weeks for my order, I had to chase up the status due to the complete lack of communication regarding the delay.

I only received a response 4 days later advising that the item had finally been shipped with still not a single apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused by the delivery timeframe ending up more than a double what was originally advertised on their website.
Delays can happen however the lack of transparency, communication and customer service throughout this process has been extremely disappointing

To be honest love the ring but in the pictures on site the diamonds looked a lot bigger around the ring and in person they are so little it looks kinda cheapish

The website is easy to navigate with a huge selection. I have purchased 2 pair of earrings and a pendant and have been very happy with the quality of every item. Make sure to play with the option of colour, cut and clarity - it will make little difference to the overall price - sometimes as little as $10. Very quick turnaround and postage. Comes in nice presentation. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from them again.
