I had a great experience with Diamond Factory. Initially, I was concerned when I didn’t receive an order confirmation after placing my engagement ring order.

However, after reaching out via email once the 5 day processing time had passed, their customer service responded quickly and provided all the details I needed.

Their after sales support and customer service are excellent, and they truly offer solutions when you need them. The ring itself met all my expectations, and most importantly, my fiancée loved it!

From the first moment it already felt right, we walked in without an appointment and got told they had time for us, after the first appointment we already got our mind set on the perfect ring. A month later we received a message the ring was ready, the day we picked up the ring, we got surprised by the person who we had the appointment with said that we got a free upgrade from the 2.0 ct we initially placed in the order to 2.5 ct. Which was a very welcome surprise and it fits the ring so well. Best experience ever!

Great instore service after I found out online that their prices are very competitive. Bought a beautiful engagement ring with a certified diamond. I compared other stores and they could not match the price I paid here.

Very good service and fast reply. Just haven’t got the papers for the small diamond stones, just for the big stone. Only verification per mail that small stones on the ring are also diamond.

Great design, slight scratches were spotted upon arrival. Not sure if this could be due to rough insides. I never mentioned this to DF. It was a gift to my girl and we love the design. The scratches are not too obvious. Still 4 star for sure.

The online order was directly paid but still an e-mail indicates that a confirmation mail should be received. This was not received but after that, the company could not be reached at all: chat stopped after time out, computer voice at the telephone tells you they cannot be reached by phone, and for an e-mail per form they require a contact number which I of course do not have. So, pretty lousy service to say the least. And that is assuming this will be solved, because up to now it could also be a scam.

The staff is very helpful and the product has the quality you pay for.

The delivery of the products was horrible.
Don't use FedEx anymore! They almost lost my package and the communication was very difficult. It took me much time and effort to get the packages, with a lot of anxiety!

The communication with DF was very poor. I needed to reach out twice to get a shipping number of my order after purchase, and then they delivered my diamond necklace, which was meant for my wedding, with a wrong chain and wrong chain length, with an IGI certifcate that looks like it's a used/old diamond. The communication and offered solutions here was also extremely slow and fruitless, and even though I've already sent the necklace back 10 days ago, I still hadn't received any outcome for the refund. Never buy with Diamond Factory again.
