I was sucked in but what I now know were fake reviews and a 50% off sale, which has been ongoing for the past 12months!

This device did not do a thing for reducing hair growth. I’m a prime candidate with fair skin and dark hair but having used this device on max strength and for the max amount of recommended times over an 8 week period, absolutely no results! Hence why it’s painless I guess.

Clear that it is working from the first use.
After many years of shaving my chin and feeling permanently embarrassed at the dark regrowth, this is a godsend. Early days yet but woke up after the first day of using with hardly any regrowth... normally chin would be like sandpaper by now. Time will tell if it gets better still, but even if this is the best it gets, it was worth it. Easy and quick to use.

The company claim that they do not have to abide by UK distance selling regulations or accept returns if the product is on special offer.

This is not clear when you buy it.

Which i did and have been unable to return the product and obtain a refund. An expensive mistake.

I received my Diamond IPL Pro about 4 weeks ago and started using it right away. I noticed a reduction in hair and slower regrowth after the first use and because I was so encouraged, I started using it twice a week. I use it on the highest setting and I don't find it painful, but the handset and light area itself does get hot. For this reason, I start with my bikini line, then move onto underarms and lastly my legs. I was reluctant to shave my forearms but having got good results elsewhere, I think I will. I noticed a review saying that it was lightweight plastic, but for me this is a bonus as it isn't heavy, even though it only takes about 20 mins to do the three areas I mentioned with the automatic flash. I'm also surprised that a reviewer was not expecting a bright light from a device that delivers intense pulse light and thinks this is a valid reason to return it. If you've bought one and feel it isn't working, my advice would be to keep going with it. I was fortunate and saw results after the first use and because of that started using it twice weekly (it's not painful for me and I don't get any skin sensitivity from using it) I have now completed 8 sessions, need to shave less than once a week and the hair that is there is extremely, fine, short and sparse. Worth noting that I have fair skin and brown hair, which I understand is the ideal for maximum effectiveness for IPL.

Delivery was unexpectedly slow as it wasnt obvious the product is made and shipped from china but the tracking was updated regularly. Bit of patience required. Two weeks in to using it and the light is bright but for an impulse light device, I expected that, I just don’t look directly at it other than moving it. I can already see a difference in regrowth. Glad I got it at sale price, it’s worth the £79, not sure about full price of £200 though.

I ordered this as a birthday gift. When I received the order confirmation and saw that delivery would take 3 weeks, I contacted the company to cancel the order, as I had been unaware the company was China-based. I was told I wasn’t entitled to cancel the order, so have disputed the payment with my bank.

Diamond IPL has become an essential part of my beauty routine. It's painless, effective, and has made a huge difference in reducing hair growth. I tried other different brands in the past including some of the more expensive ones and Diamond Skin is probably the best balance in terms of price/quality. I honestly couldn't be happier!

I'm currently in my 8th session, and I must say the results are truly remarkable. Initially, I took pictures to monitor my progress, but soon I didn't feel the need to continue as the reduction in hair growth was quite visible. With my fair complexion and dark hair, I've heard that this combination is particularly good for the treatment, which likely explains why it has been so effective for me. I am over the moon I no longer have to endure those dreaded and painful waxing appointments. This little handset has truly been a lifesaver!

Please don’t buy any product from this company.
I bought this product from their website, when it arrived it looked cheap and flimsy. I did not use and decided to return it, but they refused to accept the return and refund my money. I think this company is a scam.
Very unhelpful response from the so-called customer service manager.
They should not be allowed to falsely advertise tricking customers who believe if not satisfied you can get your money back when quite clearly you can’t.

I cannot honestly give any star rating as I literally used it for a couple of seconds. The reason being was I had not realised the tge Diamond IPL laser hair removal machine when I used it was very very bright do much so I could not even see and as I am sensitive to light and suffer with migraines i was reluctant to use it any further. I requested a refund but was refused due to the item being on sale. Therefore I am left with a useless £79 machine. My advice to future customers is just to be aware of the very brightness of the machine and no refund on sale items. I wish the above had been brought to customers attention. I am very disappointed.

I would give them a 0. Product does not work at all snd they will have you jump through hoops to have a refund. It is a SCAM and they will be out of business at some point. Don't bother

Had contact today(!) from the new company director who has apologised and provided an immediate refund. Issue now resolved.

Pathetic company won’t give you back your money rubbishthing

Dreadful company. Read every bit of small print before ordering from this company the 30 day / 90 day money back guarantee is a scam.
Product is rubbish and they won’t let me return it.
