Diamond Shutters were a breeze to deal with. From the guy coming round to provide a quote who wasn’t pushy at all, to the surveyor, the ladies in the showroom and finally the fitters. Fantastic from start to finish, the new shutters have made such a difference to my lounge and bedroom. Thank you.

I asked Diamond Shutters to remove and re-install a shutter that they had installed 4 years previously , as a pane of glass needed to be replaced on the shuttered window . Jane of Diamond Shutters was very helpful in co-ordinating the date and time their fitter came ( unlike the glazing firm ). The work was conducted quickly and to a high standard.

The whole process was seamless. From quote to measuring up to having them fitted. All staff are so polite and courteous. Fitters left not a speck of dust. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices are also reasonable.

Excellent company, from start to finish, already used them 9 years ago & shutters were still in excellent condition when we moved out, so no hesitation in using them again for our new home. The shutters from Diamond Shutters are good quality and look great, and the staff are friendly and professional. The fitters did a neat job, and the service overall was solid. However, the shutters don’t provide total blackout, as mentioned, which might not suit everyone. A decent experience, but room for improvement in some areas. 3 stars.
