It's a scam
The domain is very new. A third-party site reviewing it says it was registered on December 15, 2025, with hidden WHOIS details, and gave it a very low trust score. That does not prove fraud by itself, but it is a bad sign for a breeder site asking for reservations.
The website has lots of template/sloppy errors that are common on scam pet sites: “FIRT TIME ADOPTERS,” “WELLCOME,” “JION WAITLIST,” “What Makes Spacial,” “This is the heading,” and even a sentence that says guidance continues after your “puppy goes home,” even though this is supposed to be a cat site.
The footer/contact area looks unfinished and generic. I found only a phone number and Gmail address, plus leftover menu items like Blog / About / FAQs / Authors / Events / Shop / Patterns / Themes and a footer that says 2020 / Designed by NICE, which does not inspire confidence for a real breeder business.
A big red flag: the same phone number appears tied to another pet-sales website for Yorkie and Shih Tzu puppies, and search also turns up another very similar “Diane Shorthair” domain. That pattern is often seen with cloned breeder sites.
