The package was very late

The package was very late! The website says ordered before 17.00 delivered the next day! But it's all a lie! I am satisfied with the product! I received it but with a very long delay!

This is the second time you have given us a 1 star review. As indicated the first time, we received your delivery in return from PostNL (retour). The next working day we have send it again and it was delivered succesfully. We are happy you like the product and want to excuse us again that the first delivery atempt did not reach your home. But we do feel that giving us twice a 1 star rating is very punishing. We did everything we could to send you the package as quickly as we could when it was returned . Regards, Elmer
