I personally used Dell & Schaefer as my Disability Attorneys, when I was trying to get my long term disability buy out. They were Wonderful and I highly recommend them!! I was not paid for my review in any way and did not know anyone, at this law firm, before hiring them. I was nervous about the whole thing, but they were amazing, professional and I am so glad I went with them! You have to do what you think is best for you, but sometimes you cannot do it alone, nor should you. This is one of those times. I would never recommend someone, a person or business, if I did not have 100% success with them!

Steve Jessup and his assistant Vanessa were incredible. Anytime I had a question (and I had plenty) the answer was quick. He helped me look at all sides of the equation and come up with the method of action, which since I had 30yrs in the insurance business, was what I wanted and needed. Anyone will tell you, the ERISA game is skewed in the insurance company's favor so although the result was not what I had hoped, it was by far better than most when dealing with these for-profit, money hungry Insurance Companies (Hartford).
