The prints I reiceved are without…
The prints I reiceved are without frame. I got them rolled up in a paper tube. Now I truly believe your site is misleading since all the prints you sell have a frame. You never state that you ship prints without frame.
If I knew the prints were without frame, I would have not bought them. Really disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback Daniele, I’m truly sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your order.
In the product description it says 'Print Only (frames not included)'. The product options also only allow the customer to choose the print size, print layout and the 3 prints they would like, there are no framing options.
Each of our online photos showcase prints in a variety of interiors, allowing customers to consider how the print would look in different room types (e.g. living room, home office etc.) and with different interior design styles. By showing the print in various frame styles and colors, customers can see how the frame complements the print and the overall room decor helping them to make a more informed decision.
Hopefully this helps clarify, but I will contact you privately to see if there is anything else I can do to improve the customer experience.

I loveee the pictures but unfortunately bent due to delivery company
I loveee the pictures. They look amazing. Unfortunately the package was damaged getting to me. So my pictures all have creases and bent parts in them. I’m in Australia. I am hoping they will still look good when I frame them. But I can’t fault the pictures in any way

Quality prints, great service
I ordered the Augusta print as a present for my Dad to remind him of his visit there. Really nice print, arrived promptly, easily fitted into a frame. I expect I’ll be buying a few more of these!
